Recovery of penalties

67. Recovery of penalties



(1) Subject to subsection (6) of the last preceding section proceedings for an
offence against any of the provisions of this Division may be taken by any
member of the police force.

(2) All moneys recovered by way of penalty for offences against any of the
provisions of this Division shall be paid to the Consolidated Fund.
