64. Duties of clerk of Magistrates' Court in relation to orders

Upon application made to him by or on behalf of any person for whose
maintenance or for whose benefit a maintenance order is enforceable in
Victoria a registrar of the Court shall, in accordance with the rules, take
all steps necessary or expedient to enforce the order on behalf of that
person.
