Certificate of payment of arrears

104. Certificate of payment of arrears



In any proceedings under or for the purposes of this Division, a certificate
purporting to be signed by the Collector or the Collector for another
Australian State, or the like officer of a reciprocating country in which a
maintenance order was made or is enforceable, concerning amounts paid or
unpaid under a maintenance order shall be evidence of the facts stated in the
certificate.
