Duplicate certificates

400B. Duplicate certificates

If a person satisfies the Board that a certificate of competency issued to him
under this Act or any corresponding previous enactment has been lost or
destroyed the Board may upon payment of the fee prescribed cause a copy of the
certificate of competency to which the applicant appears by the register to be
entitled to be made and certified by the person who keeps the register and
such certificate of competency shall have the same effect as the original
certificate of competency.
