400A. Offences





(1) A person whose certificate of competency has been cancelled or suspended
or whose permit under section 386 has been revoked or suspended shall not
whilst the certificate or permit remains cancelled revoked or suspended take
charge of any work which is normally undertaken by the holder of such a
certificate of competency or permit.

Penalty: 1 penalty unit.

(2) A holder of a certificate of competency whose certificate of competency
has been altered shall not take charge of any work which is normally
undertaken by a holder of such certificate of competency not so altered.

Penalty: 1 penalty unit.
