Examinations

392. Examinations







(1) The Board may conduct examinations of applicants for certificates of
competency as mine managers of classes prescribed pursuant to section 400E.

(2) The Board may conduct such other examinations as are prescribed for the
purposes of issuing certificates of competency for any type of work which is
or may be performed in a mine.
