383A. Disallowance of regulation

Where pursuant to the Minerals and Energy Fees Act 1983 this Part is amended
so as to enable the prescribing of fees for which no maximum fee is specified
in this Part (as amended by the Minerals and Energy Fees Act 1983). Parliament
may disallow any regulation prescribing such a fee.
