372. Register to be kept of minors employed

The owner or manager of every mine shall keep in the office at the mine a
register and shall cause to be entered in that register in such form as the
regulations prescribe or sanction the name age residence and date of first
employment of all minors under the age of 17 years employed above ground in
connexion with the mine, and shall on request produce the register to any
inspector of mines who shall note therein the result of his examination of
such register and the date thereof.
