22. Building Act 1993

The Building Commission under the Building Act 1993, by notice published in
the Government Gazette, may determine that a building on the Loy Yang land-

   (a)  is unclassifiable; or

   (b)  is exempt from the provisions of the Building Act 1993 and regulations
        under that Act specified in the notice subject to such conditions (if
        any) as are so specified.
