PART 5 AMENDMENT OF PRINCIPAL ACT

Definitions

25. Definitions

In section 2(1) of the Principal Act-

   (a)  before the definition of Council insert-



"College means the La Trobe University College of Northern Victoria;

College Council means the Council of the College";

   (b)  after the definition of Graduate insert-



"Graduate of the College means a person who holds a degree or diploma of the
College and includes a graduate as defined in the Order in Council
incorporating a Council called the Council of Bendigo College of Advanced
Education made on 27 April 1988 and published in the Government Gazette on 4
May 1988.";

   (c)  after the definition of Regulations insert-



"Rules means Rules of the College made by the College Council under this
Act.".
