Powers of Wodonga

23. Powers of Wodonga

Despite anything to the contrary in the constitution of Wodonga or its
Council, Wodonga and its Council shall be deemed to have, and always to have
had, power to do all things it is authorised or empowered to do under and for
the purposes of this Act or necessary to be done for the purpose of the merger
with La Trobe in accordance with this Act.
