22. Regulations of Wodonga



(1) The regulations of Wodonga in force immediately before the Appointed Day,
to the extent to which they could be made as Statutes under the Principal Act
and are not inconsistent with any Statutes or regulations so made, continue to
have effect-

   (a)  as if made as regulations under a Statute of La Trobe; and

   (b)  as if a reference to the Institute as a campus were a reference to
        that campus; and

   (c)  as if any other reference to the Institute were a reference to La
        Trobe.

(2) Regulations continued in force under subsection (1) may be amended or
revoked is if they were regulations made under the Principal Act and as if
this section were the Statute under which they were made.
