Powers of Bendigo

14. Powers of Bendigo

Despite anything to the contrary in the constitution of Bendigo or its
Council, Bendigo and its Council shall be deemed to have, and always to have
had, power to do all things it is authorised or empowered to do under and for
the purposes of this Act or necessary to be done for the purpose of the
dissolution of Bendigo and the establishment of the College in accordance with
this Act.
