Regulations of Bendigo

13. Regulations of Bendigo



(1) The regulations of Bendigo in force immediately before the Appointed Day,
to the extent to which they could be made as Rules of the College under Part 2
of the Principal Act, continue to have effect as if made as Rules of the
College.

(2) Regulations continued in force under subsection (1) may be amended or
revoked as if they were Rules made under Part 2 of the Principal Act.
