10. Bendigo courses



(1) On the Appointed Day, all courses of study approved under section 29 of
the Post-Secondary Education Act 1978 in respect of Bendigo are taken to have
been approved in respect of the College.

(2) On the Appointed Day, all courses offered by Bendigo, except postgraduate
degree courses undertaken by research, which lead to the award of a degree or
diploma and which, immediately before the Appointed Day, were entered on the
State Register of Accredited Courses referred to in section 36 of the
Post-Secondary Education Act 1978 are taken to be registered as accredited in
respect of the College.
