Chairman of meetings
18. Chairman of meetings
At every meeting of the Council the Chancellor or in his absence the Deputy
Chancellor shall preside as chairman and in the absence of the Chancellor and
Deputy Chancellor the members of the Council present at the meeting shall
elect a chairman of the meeting.
