LAND TAX ACT 2005 - SECT 106
Stating case to Supreme Court(1) The Commissioner may state a case for the opinion of the Supreme Court on any question of law that arises with regard to any matter under this Act.
(2) The Supreme Court may give its judgment on the case stated and make any orders, including orders for costs, the Court thinks fit.
