Short title, construction and citation

1. Short title, construction and citation

This Act may be cited as the Lands (Charitable Trusts) Act 1952 and shall be
read and construed as one with the Lands (Charitable Trusts) Act 1951
(hereinafter called the Principal Act) which Act and this Act may be cited
together as the Lands (Charitable Trusts) Acts.
