Protection of accrued entitlements

86. Protection of accrued entitlements

An employee who is or was at any time entitled to a protected accrued long
service leave entitlement is entitled to the benefit of that entitlement under
this Act regardless of the status of the award or agreement under which that
entitlement accrued. __________________
