Conduct of agents imputed to corporations

158. Conduct of agents imputed to corporations

For the purposes of this Act, any conduct engaged in on behalf of a
corporation-

   (a)  by a director, employee or agent of the corporation acting within the
        scope of the person's actual or apparent authority; or

   (b)  by any other person at the direction, or with the consent (express or
        implied) of such a director, employee or agent-

is also conduct engaged in by the corporation.
