Definitions

3. Definitions

In this Act-

Commissioners means the Commissioners appointed under section 88B of the
Constitution Act 1975 by Letters Patent dated 20 October 1998, a copy of which
was published in the Government Gazette on that date;

Longford inquiry means the inquiry conducted by the Commissioners in
accordance with the Letters Patent.
