Definitions

2. Definitions

In this Act unless inconsistent with the context or subject-matter-



"deed of trust" means the deed of trust dated the 3rd day of September, 1963 a
copy of which is set out in Schedule 1;



"fund" means the moneys donated and raised as hereinbefore recited for the
purpose of erecting a new memorial hall at Loch together with all interest
accrued or accruing thereon and includes the land described in Schedule 2.
