4.2.11. Dealing with complaints

(1) A complaint is to be dealt with as follows-

   (a)  to the extent that it is a civil complaint, it is to be dealt with in
        accordance with Part 4.3;

   (b)  to the extent that it is a disciplinary complaint, it is to be dealt
        with in accordance with Part 4.4.

(2) If a complaint involves both a civil complaint and a disciplinary
complaint, it is to be dealt with under Part 4.3 and Part 4.4 as appropriate
to its subject-matter.
