Definition

2.6.1A. Definition

In this Part- foreign regulatory action taken in relation to a person means-

   (a)  removal of the person's name from a foreign roll for disciplinary
        reasons; or

   (b)  suspension or cancellation of, or refusal to renew, the person's right
        to engage in legal practice in a foreign country.
