2.4.38. Review of decisions about interstate legal practitioners



(1) An interstate legal practitioner may apply to the Tribunal for review of a
decision of the Board to impose a condition on the practitioner's practice
under section 2.4.33.

(2) An application for review must be made within 28 days after the day on
which the information notice about the decision was given to the practitioner.
