2.4.34. Notification by interstate legal practitioner becoming authorised to
withdraw from local trust account



(1) An interstate legal practitioner must notify the Board if the practitioner
(whether alone or with a co-signatory) becomes authorised to withdraw money
from a local trust account.

(2) The Board may determine the manner in which the notification is to be made
and the information or material that is to be included in or to accompany the
notification.

Note The practitioner may also need to pay a contribution to the Fidelity
Fund-see section 6.7.27.
