2.4.20. Grounds for amending, suspending or cancelling local practising
certificate

Each of the following is a ground for amending, suspending or cancelling a
local practising certificate-

   (a)  the holder is no longer a fit and proper person to hold the
        certificate;

   (b)  the holder is not, or is no longer, covered by professional indemnity
        insurance that complies with this Act;

   (c)  if a condition of the certificate is that the holder is limited to
        legal practice specified in the certificate-the holder is or has been
        engaging in legal practice that the holder is not entitled to engage
        in under the certificate.
