Appeal to Supreme Court

2.3.11. Appeal to Supreme Court



(1) A person may appeal to the Supreme Court against a decision of the Board
of Examiners with respect to his or her application for admission to the legal
profession under this Act.

(2) An appeal under subsection (1) must be made within 30 days after being
notified of the decision.

(3) An appeal under subsection (1) is to be conducted as a hearing de novo.
