1.2.8. References to findings of guilt



(1) A reference in this Act to the finding of guilt in relation to an offence
includes a reference to the acceptance of a guilty plea in relation to the
offence.

(2) A reference in this Act to the quashing of a finding of guilt in relation
to an offence includes a reference to the quashing of the acceptance of a
guilty plea in relation to the offence.
