Commencement

1.1.2. Commencement



(1) Subject to subsections (2) and (3), this Act comes into operation on a day
or days to be proclaimed.

(2) Sections 3.5.2(7) and (9) and 8.1.1(1) come into operation on the day
after the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.

(3) If a provision of this Act (other than section 3.5.2(7) or (9) or
8.1.1(1)) does not come into operation before 1 January 2006, it comes into
operation on that day.
