6. Revocation of reservation-Marlo land



(1) The Order in Council specified in item 3 of Schedule 1 is revoked to the
extent that it applies to the land shown hatched on the plan lodged in the
Central Plan Office and numbered LEGL/07-035.

(2) Despite subsection (1), the lease of land granted by the Minister for
Environment and Climate Change to Ian Cameron McKeown, with a commencement
date of 1 September 2007, granted over Crown Allotments 2002, 2003, 2004,
2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008, Parish of Orbost East, insofar as it applies to
land to which this section applies, continues in force as if it were a lease
granted under the Land Act 1958.
