38B. Supreme Court-limitation of jurisdiction



(1) It is the intention of section 20A, as amended by section 3 of the
Limitation of Actions (Amendment) Act 2004, to alter or vary section 85 of the
Constitution Act 1975.

(2) It is the intention of section 20B to alter or vary section 85 of the
Constitution Act 1975.
