36. Supreme Court-limitation of jurisdiction

It is the intention of this section to alter or vary section 85 of the
Constitution Act 1975 to the extent necessary to prevent the Supreme Court
entertaining a proceeding to which section 20A (as in force after the
commencement of the Limitation of Actions (Amendment) Act 1993) applies that
is brought after the expiration of the period referred to in that section, or
making an Order of a kind referred to in subsection (4) of that section.
