Extinction of title after expiration of period

18. Extinction of title after expiration of period

Subject to the provisions of section eleven of this Act, at the expiration of
the period prescribed by this Act for any person to bring an action to recover
land (including a redemption action or an action to compel discharge of a
mortgage) the title of that person to the land shall be extinguished.
