Administration to date back to death

17. Administration to date back to death

For the purposes of the provisions of this Act relating to actions for the
recovery of land an administrator of the estate of a deceased person shall be
deemed to claim as if there had been no interval of time between the death of
the deceased person and the grant of the letters of administration.
