Registrar of Titles and Registrar-General to make necessary amendments

20. Registrar of Titles and Registrar-General to make necessary amendments



(1) The Registrar of Titles must make any amendments to the Register Book and
to any Crown grant, duplicate Crown grant, certificate of title, duplicate
certificate of title or other instrument or duplicate instrument that are
necessary because of the operation of this Act.

(2) The Registrar-General must make any entries upon the records of enrolment
of any Crown grant and upon any memorial relating to any land that are
necessary because of the operation of this Act.
