Land management

12. Land management



(1) The appointment of any Committee of Management existing under the
Crown Land (Reserves) Act 1978 for the land specified in item 4 of Schedule 1
is revoked to the extent that it applies to the land shown hatched on the plan
in Schedule 4.

(2) The regulations made on 13 May 1982, published in the Government Gazette
on 19 May 1982 and applying to the land specified in item 4 of Schedule 1, as
amended and in force for the time being cease to apply to the land shown
hatched on the plan in Schedule 4.
