Land deemed unalienated Crown land

11. Land deemed unalienated Crown land

Despite anything in any notice published under section 10 of the Land
Conservation Act 1972, or in any other Act or law, the land shown hatched on
the plan in Schedule 4 is deemed to be unalienated land of the Crown, freed
and discharged from all trusts, limitations, reservations, restrictions,
encumbrances, estates and interests.
