Board to be a body corporate

7. Board to be a body corporate



(1) There is established a body corporate to be called the "Board of
Management of the Lord Mayor's Charitable Fund".

(2) The Board-

   (a)  has perpetual succession; and

   (b)  shall have a common seal; and

   (c)  may sue and be sued in its corporate name.

(3) The seal of the Board must not be used except as prescribed by the rules.

(4) All courts must-

   (a)  take judicial notice of the seal of the Board that has been affixed to
        any document; and

   (b)  presume that the seal was duly affixed.
