Declarations relating to prescribed organisations

4. Declarations relating to prescribed organisations

The Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Board, by notice
published in the Government Gazette-

   (a)  may declare that an organisation listed in the Schedule has ceased to
        be a prescribed organisation; or

   (b)  may declare that an organisation named in the notice is a prescribed
        organisation for the purposes of this Act.
