Rules

29. Rules

The Board may, by special resolution, make rules for or with respect to-

   (a)  the management and administration of the Fund; and

   (b)  elections of Board members and executive committee members and
        co-option of persons as members of the Board; and

   (c)  meetings of the Board, the executive committee or a committee and
        business transacted at those meetings; and

   (d)  the procedure and conduct of business of the Board, the executive
        committee or a committee; and

   (e)  the custody and use of the corporate seal; and

   (f)  the powers and duties of persons appointed or employed by the Board;
        and

   (g)  the control, supervision and discipline of persons appointed or
        employed by the Board.
