26. Staff



(1) The executive committee-

   (a)  must appoint a chief executive officer of the Board; and

   (b)  may employ or appoint other persons as it thinks fit.

(2) The executive committee may determine the terms and conditions of service
of persons appointed or employed by it, including remuneration and termination
of service.

(3) A person appointed or employed by the executive committee must not accept
a commission for money collected or received on behalf of the Fund.
