Quorum

23. Quorum



(1) The quorum for a meeting of the Board is a third of the number of members
of the Board.

(2) The quorum for meetings of the executive committee is half the number of
members of the executive committee.





(3) The quorum for meetings of a committee is-

   (a)  the number fixed by the Board; or

   (b)  if no quorum is fixed by the Board, half the number of members of the
        committee plus one.
