Chair

22. Chair



(1) The President, or in the President's absence, the Vice-President is to
preside at a meeting of the Board or of the executive committee.

(2) If-

   (a)  neither the President nor the Vice-President is present at a meeting
        of the Board or of the executive committee; or

   (b)  the person nominated to chair a committee is not present when it
        meets-

the meeting must elect one of their number to preside at the meeting.
