Executive committee meetings

20. Executive committee meetings



(1) The executive committee is to meet-

   (a)  at the time and place determined by the executive committee; or

   (b)  if no time and place is determined by the executive committee, at the
        time and place fixed by the President.

(2) The President or the Vice-President may, at any time, call a special
executive committee meeting.

(3) The chief executive officer must call a special executive committee
meeting at the written request of at least 3 members of the executive
committee.
