Commencement

2. Commencement



(1) Part 1 comes into operation on the day on which this Act receives the
Royal Assent.

(2) Subject to subsection (3), the remaining provisions of this Act come into
operation on a day to be proclaimed.

(3) If the provisions referred to in subsection (2) do not come into operation
before 1 July 1997, they come into operation on that day.
