Meetings of the Board

15. Meetings of the Board



(1) An ordinary meeting of the Board must be held at least every 3 months.

(2) The dates and times of ordinary meetings of the Board must be fixed by
resolution of the Board or, if no dates and times are so fixed, by the
President.
