President and Vice-President

13. President and Vice-President



(1) The Lord Mayor is the President of the Board.

(2) The Board must elect a member of the Board as Vice-President of the Board-

   (a)  at the first ordinary meeting of the Board after each annual meeting
        of the Board; or

   (b)  at the first ordinary meeting of the Board after the occurrence of a
        vacancy in the office of Vice-President.

(3) The office of Vice-President becomes vacant-

   (a)  at the commencement of the first ordinary meeting of the Board after
        each annual meeting of the Board; or

   (b)  upon the holder of the office ceasing to be a member of the Board-

whichever first occurs.
