Membership of Board

11. Membership of Board

The Board consists of-

   (a)  the Lord Mayor; and

   (b)  not more than 20 other members of whom-

   (i)  not more than 4 members may be co-opted by the Board for a specified
        term not exceeding 2 years; and

   (ii) one member may be nominated by each prescribed organisation; and

   (iii) 4 members may be elected by the Board in an election in which any
        donor of at least $200 to the Fund during the year up to the calling
        of the election is entitled to nominate a candidate; and

   (iv) 4 members may be elected by the Board in an election in which any
        charitable organisation which has received a payment from the Fund
        under section 8 or a corresponding previous enactment during the
        period of 3 years up to the calling of the election is entitled to
        nominate a candidate.
