Land deemed to be unalienated Crown land

7. Land deemed to be unalienated Crown land

Despite any Act or law to the contrary, the land shown hatched and
cross-hatched on the plan in Part 2 of Schedule 2 is deemed to be unalienated
land of the Crown, freed and discharged from all trusts, limitations,
reservations, restrictions, encumbrances, estates and interests.
